After completing my training to become a professional forester and gaining forest industry experience in various regions of Canada, I decided to pursue a different path, one that enabled a different approach to management of forest resources. Throughout my early career, I witnessed a lack of innovation in the forest, and I saw a lot of potential for technology integration to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Rather than waiting for a role that enabled an innovative approach, I founded Resource Innovations and immediately started seeking projects where my team could have a positive impact on the industry.
